Job Summary

Plan and direct food preparation operations to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards in a food business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate food preparation activities to meet operational goals and quality standards
  • Develop and modify menus to align with quality benchmarks and customer preferences
  • Calculate and estimate food requirements and labor costs to optimize resource allocation
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standards
