Job description

- Understand culinary procedures for local cuisine like Mixed Rice, Bee Hoon, Roasted Duck Rice, Chicken Rice, or Fish Ball Noodles, Western Dishes etc

- Required to have culinary skills and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate

- At least 5-10 years of experience

- Have the ability to work under pressure

- Excellent organizational skills

- Effective communication skills

- Cooking and Leading a Team
