Job Description

  • Manage the kitchen operations to ensure correct standards and procedures are followed in the daily food preparation.
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, kitchen labour and related costs controls.
  • Observe movement of menu items and anticipates and recommends changes to meet rising guests & management expectations.
  • Suggest and assist with menu and recipe upgrading, development, costing and implementation.
