Job Responsibility:
. Preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings
. Ensure all products are produced with consistency and in accordance to the manual and the central kitchen processing SOP.
. Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained and cleaned properly according to the food safely standard and procedures
. Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products according to their required temperature
. Basic housekeeping of the central kitchen
. Any ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
. 5 days work week, including weekends and public holidays (44hrs/week), rotating shifts
. At least 1 year experience as a pastry chef or as a central kitchen pastry staff
. Able to stand long hours and work in cool room temperature
. Team player, positive and passionate about confectionaries
