Are you an experienced Offshore chartering specialist looking to move into a commercial Business Development manager role for a marine salvage business

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a market leading marine salvage business in their growing offices in Singapore.

Position Responsibilities

Independently develop commercial offers for small to medium size projects, coordinating with the assets and operations divisions.
Work with bid teams to develop creative commercial / pricing strategies.
Negotiate and manage Client contracts and Subcontractor Agreements.
Supervise the project coordinators and commercial coordinators project and office-based workload with respect to cost control, billing, and subcontractor management.
Work closely with legal counsel (internal / external) on all contractual and legal matters related to salvage and wreck contracts.
Maintain close coordination with the company's financial team to understand and present revenue / profit status throughout the year.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships in the insurance and shipping industries.
Manage and develop third party and subcontractor network.
Obtain and share market intelligence industry news.
