Key Responsibilities:
. Identify and close sales opportunities.
. New Channel Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities including but not limited to:
o Modern Trade
o General Trade
o Convenience Stores
. Sales Execution: Formulate targeted sales strategies, including product mix and pricing tiers.
. Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on competitor pricing and placement within these niche channels to protect HBay's premium positioning.
. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with facility managers and procurement heads to ensure HBay remains the preferred water brand.
. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations to ensure stock availability and logistics alignment for new accounts.
Requirements:
. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales or outdoor sales within the Singapore food & beverage industry.
. Soft Skills: Aggressive hunter mentality with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
. Attributes: Resourceful, independent, and result oriented.
