Job Overview

The B2B Sales Consultant - Club Segment is responsible for driving business growth within the fitness club industry, focusing on commercial gyms and fitness centre operators. This role holds responsibility for managing and growing the key account of Anytime Fitness across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring strong partnership alignment, successful rollouts, and long-term account development. In addition, the consultant will drive new business development and account management for other fitness club operators within Singapore, delivering tailored wellness solutions that enhance member experience and commercial performance. The role contributes directly to strengthening Technogym's brand positioning as the premium partner of choice within the club segment.

Responsibilities

1) Drive Sales Excellence

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive business development and strong account management.
  • Uphold and represent Technogym's premium brand positioning and core values.


2) Key Account Management - Anytime Fitness (Singapore & Malaysia)

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for Anytime Fitness across both markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, regional decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution including proposal development, commercial negotiation, equipment specification, and handover to the aftersales team for follow-up.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing franchises and support new club openings and refurbishments.
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.

3) Business Development - Club Segment (Singapore)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with fitness centres, gym chains, boutique studios, and independent club operators in Singapore.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including club owners, operations directors, and fitness managers.
  • Drive equipment sales, leasing solutions, digital ecosystem offerings, and service agreements.

4) Consultative Selling

  • Understand each club's business model, membership positioning, target demographic, and operational needs.
  • Propose tailored fitness solutions that enhance member engagement, improve retention, and optimize club performance.
  • Present integrated solutions including equipment layout planning, digital platforms, and service packages.

5) Pipeline & Market Management

  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline with clear tracking of opportunities and forecasts.
  • Conduct market research on fitness industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging club concepts.
  • Support pricing and positioning strategies within the club segment.

6) Project & Account Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, aftersales, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless delivery and installation processes.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure high standards of execution.

7) Brand Representation & Industry Engagement

  • Represent Technogym at fitness industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
  • Strengthen brand visibility within the Singapore fitness community.

8) Reporting & Performance Management

  • Provide structured reports on sales performance, pipeline status, account development, and market insights.
  • Contribute to strategic planning discussions for the club segment.

9) Training & Development

  • Continuously upgrade product knowledge and industry expertise through internal training, certifications, and e-learning modules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, sports science, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the fitness, gym equipment, or commercial club industry.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and complex commercial partnerships.
  • Prior experience working with fitness clubs, gym operators, franchise networks, or boutique studios is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Experience handling multi-location or regional accounts is highly preferred (especially Singapore & Malaysia exposure).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to understand business drivers of fitness club operators.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable in a competitive sales environment.
  • Collaborative team player with high professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales tracking tools.
