About My client

My client is a premium natural spring water brand, known for its pristine environment and exceptional water purity. Positioned as a premium lifestyle brand, Icelandic Water emphasizes sustainability, quality, and authenticity, catering to health-conscious consumers and high-end foodservice, hospitality, and retail channels globally. They are expanding Singapore and APAC market, hence looking for hands-on Salesperson to build the partnerships and strategic channel expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel-specific sales strategies to consistently achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive market penetration and category expansion by increasing consumption frequency, premium product uptake, and customer base across foodservice and hospitality channels.
  • Lead monthly business reviews, with a focus on sales performance, market coverage, trade spend effectiveness, and service level execution.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize trade promotion investments in line with regional commercial priorities.
  • Ensure effective rollout and execution of brand campaigns and marketing initiatives through secondary sales teams.
  • Manage strategic key accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships and unlocking joint business opportunities.
  • Track and evaluate distributor performance using agreed KPIs and scorecards, providing coaching and corrective action plans where required.
  • Conduct regular market visits to audit distribution quality, monitor competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts by SKU and channel, supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial and commercial policies, including trade receivables and budget management.
  • Promote a solution-led selling approach across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer needs.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of regional sales experience within FMCG, beverages, or premium consumer goods, with strong exposure to channel management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel sales strategies in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia.
  • Solid understanding of distribution models, route-to-market strategies, and foodservice/retail operations.
  • Proven experience in trade spend control, promotional planning, and ROI evaluation.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and sales forecasting capabilities.
  • Effective leadership experience managing distributor teams and improving sales force performance.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and respond to competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
