Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to develop, manage, and grow our partner and reseller network. The ideal candidate has a strong background in channel sales and is skilled in building relationships, driving revenue through partners, and executing go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors
. Drive sales growth through partner-led opportunities
. Identify, onboard, and enable new channel partners
. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute channel programs
. Track partner performance and sales pipelines
. Provide training, support, and resources to partners to improve sales effectiveness
. Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the channel ecosystem

Qualifications

. 2-3 years of experience in channel sales or partner sales
. Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships
. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
. Experience working with sales targets and KPIs
. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills

. Experience in B2B sales environments
. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
. Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
