We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager in our Corporate Services team to manage and optimize our partner/franchise relationships at Achieve Group Singapore. In this role, you will be accountable for driving channel sales growth, enhancing partner engagement, and executing go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration through effective partner management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while fostering strong, long-term relationships with existing partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to create enablement tools and resources that empower partners
- Analyse partner performance metrics and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment on goals, performance, and growth opportunities
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner/franchise sales, or business development with Corporate Services / Immigration industry
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with partners at all levels
- Must be comfortable to travel frequently
