Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager in our Corporate Services team to manage and optimize our partner/franchise relationships at Achieve Group Singapore. In this role, you will be accountable for driving channel sales growth, enhancing partner engagement, and executing go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration through effective partner management
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while fostering strong, long-term relationships with existing partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to create enablement tools and resources that empower partners
  • Analyse partner performance metrics and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment on goals, performance, and growth opportunities

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner/franchise sales, or business development with Corporate Services / Immigration industry
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with partners at all levels
  • Must be comfortable to travel frequently
