Our client is a Wholesale Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Channel Sales Lead / Senior Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion strategies.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives to maximize product visibility and revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize results and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement action plans to improve team and channel partner performance, where applicable.
- Present insights, recommendations, and updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other sales-related tasks as required to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in business, marketing, or a related studies fieldor equivalent.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in sales, with a proven track record.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
