Responsibilities
- Manage and drive local sales performance to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned product categories within specified timelines.
- Oversee and support local distribution channels to ensure strong market presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and present regular performance updates and sales reports to management.
- Lead and coach a sales team and merchandisers to meet individual and collective goals.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable ensure timely payment collections.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience in sales, channel sales or key account, preferably in consumer electronics or office appliance products.
- Familiar with local distribution networks and retail channels.
