- Capability Benchmarking: Track and report on partner capability gaps across SMB, Enterprise, and Education segments to inform future program design.
3. Activity Scheduling & Enablement Coordination
- Master Activity Calendar: Build and actively manage a centralized calendar tracking partner submission deadlines, training sessions, governance reviews, and renewal cycles.
- Enablement Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end partner training operations—aligning schedule dates, issuing partner invitations, tracking attendee registrations, and coordinating session logistics with internal trainers.
4. Governance, Communications & Stakeholder Alignment
- Documentation Maintenance: Maintain regional playbooks, terms & conditions, guidelines, and program communications templates.
- Operational Reporting: Compile recurring status updates on partner compliance, submission rates, and training completion metrics for regional program leadership.
