About the Role

The Senior Associate, Sales (Channel Partners) will be primarily responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new channel partners for Wallex. This role is focused on driving new business opportunities and expanding our partner network to accelerate growth. You will actively prospect for new channel partners through referrals, assigned leads, and self-sourced opportunities. Success in this role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset with strong skills in relationship building, strategic planning, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new partner acquisition by identifying and engaging potential channel partners through various outreach strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Present Wallex's value proposition effectively, leveraging a strong understanding of FX products and online platforms to win new partnerships.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies to expand the channel partner network and achieve acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and support for new partners.
  • Track and report acquisition metrics, pipeline progress, and conversion rates to management.
  • Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to increase market penetration and revenue through new partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of any discipline or Diploma holder
  • 3-5 years of working experience in Payments, Business Consulting, Technology or Advertising Industry
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Tagalog/Vietnamese for liaison with counterparts would be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability in business development, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence and convert prospects.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously
  • Strong attention to details and a team player.
