We are seeking a proactive and highly organized APAC Channel Marketing Specialist to support the execution of regional marketing initiatives for a leading global financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operational execution of APAC marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, events, content distribution and digital programs.
  • Consolidate marketing metrics from multiple campaigns and channels into clear quarterly performance reports.
  • Prepare weekly summaries of marketing activities across the region, providing sales and business stakeholders with an accessible snapshot of current and upcoming initiatives.
  • Support the execution and centralized distribution of client email communications through the organization's marketing platforms.
  • Partner with regional and global teams to coordinate new content, approvals, distribution lists and campaign timelines.
  • Help develop and maintain the APAC social media and digital content plan, including LinkedIn activity designed to increase the organization's regional visibility.
  • Assist with digital initiatives such as website content, campaign planning and event-related digital support.
  • Track activities, workflows, deadlines and stakeholder inputs using Airtable and other internal systems.
  • Analyze data from different platforms and translate the findings into concise reports and presentations.
  • Prepare and edit straightforward marketing copy, emails, presentations and internal communications.
  • Liaise regularly with the US-based marketing organization to ensure initiatives progress without unnecessary delays across time zones.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Human Capital, Compliance and regional business stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and recommend practical, creative solutions for delivering marketing initiatives more effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, digital marketing, communications or a related discipline. Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they demonstrate the right capabilities and attitude.
  • Experience within financial services, alternative investments, asset management or another fast-paced professional services environment is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience compiling, analyzing and presenting marketing or campaign-performance data.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Airtable is advantageous, although training can be provided.
  • Strong written communication and basic copywriting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English. Additional Asian-language capability is beneficial but not required.
  • Comfortable learning proprietary email, compliance, workflow and reporting systems.

Key Attributes

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently within a lean regional team.
  • Tenacious and comfortable operating in an intense, fast-moving environment.
  • Fast learner who can quickly become proficient in new systems and processes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and dependable.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across functions, cultures and time zones.
  • Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented, with the confidence to suggest better ways of working.
  • Flexible and willing to accommodate occasional early-morning or evening calls with global stakeholders.
  • Capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will bring greater structure and consistency to regional marketing execution, provide clear visibility into APAC marketing activity and performance, and take ownership of essential operational responsibilities.
