Responsibilities
The Channel Marketing Manager at BytePlus is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving sales through a diverse network of partners, including resellers, agencies, and distributors. The role focuses on building strong partner relationships, delivering co-marketing campaigns, and enabling partners with the tools and resources they need to effectively promote BytePlus products and services. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives, optimize partner performance, and achieve revenue growth. Channel Marketing Overview - Work closely with Global partnership team and regional teams to build a comprehensive view of co-marketing activities across all teams. Help to set up relevant channel marketing processes including working with different functional teams. Partner Relationship Management: - Build and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners, particularly their marketing teams, acting as their primary marketing contact. Provide them with the necessary marketing resources, content, and support for successful collaboration. Co-Marketing Campaigns: - Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners, such as joint digital marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and product launches, ensuring alignment with both BytePlus and partner goals. Develop partner centric collaterals - Develop and distribute marketing collateral tailored to each partner segment (resellers, agencies, distributors). This includes presentations, case studies, product sheets, and digital assets to enhance partner-led sales efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and customer success) to ensure channel marketing efforts are aligned with broader company objectives, product developments, and customer needs. Internal marketing to update internal teams on key partners and launch of partner marketing programs. Performance Tracking & Optimization: - Analyze the effectiveness of channel marketing campaigns by monitoring partner engagement, sales growth, and campaign performance. Use insights to optimize future marketing efforts and provide regular reports to management. Event & Program Management: - Manage partner events such as summits, trade shows, and product demonstrations, ensuring high partner engagement and return on investment. Budget Management: - Oversee the channel marketing budget, ensuring that funds are allocated to the most impactful marketing activities and co-marketing efforts, delivering high ROI.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 5+ years of experience in channel or partner marketing, ideally in a tech or SaaS company. - Proven track record of developing and executing channel marketing strategies with resellers, agencies, or distributors. - Experience in co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement programs. - Strong understanding of reseller, agency, and distributor business models. - Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and PRM platforms. - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, partner sales data, and market trends to drive data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the B2B technology sector, particularly SaaS, cloud, or AI solutions. - Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and lead generation tactics for channel partners. - Ability to travel occasionally to meet with partners, attend events, or facilitate marketing initiatives.
