Job Description

Our client, a growing enterprise analytics software company, is expanding its partner ecosystem across Asia Pacific. They are looking for a Partner / Channel Director to cover APJ territory, to build and scale strategic alliances across ASEAN while overseeing partner sales in Japan and Korea.

This is a high-impact role responsible for developing the partner-led revenue motion across the region, working closely with consulting firms, systems integrators, and strategic technology partners.

Based in Singapore, the role offers strong regional exposure and the opportunity to help shape the company's APJ partner strategy and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the APJ partner ecosystem, focusing on ASEAN markets while overseeing partner sales managers in Japan and Korea

Develop relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), consulting firms, and regional SIs

Drive partner-led revenue and pipeline generation across the region

Identify and enable partners capable of delivering enterprise strategy and software solutions

Work closely with regional sales leadership to support partner-influenced opportunities

Establish partner programs, enablement frameworks, and go-to-market strategies

Expand partner coverage into key ASEAN markets including Thailand and Indonesia

Collaborate with hyperscalers and technology partners where relevant

Requirements

Proven experience in enterprise partner/channel sales within software or enterprise technology

Strong network across consulting firms, GSIs, and regional SIs in ASEAN

Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems in APJ

Prior experience selling SaaS solutions directly as a seller

Ability to manage regional stakeholders and partner teams across multiple markets

Demonstrated ability to drive partner-influenced revenue growth

Based in Singapore with strong connections across the ASEAN market

Good to have

Experience working with analytics software, enterprise SaaS, or consulting-led technology solutions

Experience managing partner teams across Japan and Korea

Background in working with consulting-led sales motions
