Job Description
- Understands the partner's business model and how to align oFerings for mutual success - hunt for new partners and serves existing partners (resellers, system integrators, or managed service provider)
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with partners (comfortable engaging with all levels of partner organizations, from sales reps to execs) within the allocated territories/industries
- Ability to work independently and collectively with strong communication and presentation skills, condent in negotiations and conict resolution
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, helps partners troubleshoot deal-blockers or support issues creatively
- Ensuring pre-sales and post-sales support satisfaction for all partners and their end users (include on-boarding new partners)
- Ability to help partners close deals and increase pipeline with deep understanding of sales processes and strategies
- Understanding of indirect sales models, familiar with channel marketing, partner incentives, and MDF (Market Development Funds) within respective territories
- Experience with partner programs (tiered systems, certications, etc.), skilled in delivering training, product updates, and joint business plans
- Introduction of GMO GlobalSign, able to clearly articulate value propositions
- Comfortable discussing technical features/benets if working in SaaS, IT, or software industries, ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Owns the partner relationship and overall performance - able to analyze partner performance metrics (revenue, pipeline, deal reg, etc.), uses data to optimize partner engagement and investments
- Can assess market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies
- Results-driven with a focus on revenue growth - takes responsibility for hitting KPIs and partner success metrics
- Works well with internal sales, marketing, product, and support teams (acts as the bridge between the partner and internal teams)
- Report to Sales Team Lead/ Sales Manager
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Experience preferred
- Preferably with some level of IT knowledge, internet and interpersonal skill
- Independent, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Prociency in relevant computer application, such Microsoft Excel, Words, Outlook, Teams, CRM
- Prociency in creating, updating Leads and Sales Activities in CRM (Salesforce)
- Good team player
- Sales oriented, target driven, result oriented
- Occasional travel required
- Fluency in Southeast Asian languages a plus
