Change Request (CR) Analyst / Coordinator
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Change Request (CR) Analyst to support change management activities within a large-scale banking technology transformation program. This role focuses on managing end-to-end change requests, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and coordinating across multiple technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise, manage, and track Change Requests (CRs) aligned to project and deployment needs
- Perform impact analysis and ensure all required approvals are obtained
- Coordinate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution of changes
- Ensure adherence to change management policies and release governance frameworks
- Monitor CR lifecycle from initiation to closure and provide regular status updates
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to change activities
- Provide flexibility to support shift or night work when required
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in change management, release coordination, or IT project support
- Strong understanding of change management and release governance processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in structured environments
- Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in banking or financial services environments
- Exposure to large-scale system upgrades or migration programs
- Familiarity with ticketing or change management tools
