Change Request (CR) Analyst / Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Change Request (CR) Analyst to support change management activities within a large-scale banking technology transformation program. This role focuses on managing end-to-end change requests, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and coordinating across multiple technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise, manage, and track Change Requests (CRs) aligned to project and deployment needs
  • Perform impact analysis and ensure all required approvals are obtained
  • Coordinate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution of changes
  • Ensure adherence to change management policies and release governance frameworks
  • Monitor CR lifecycle from initiation to closure and provide regular status updates
  • Support audit and compliance requirements related to change activities
  • Provide flexibility to support shift or night work when required

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in change management, release coordination, or IT project support
  • Strong understanding of change management and release governance processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in structured environments
  • Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in banking or financial services environments
  • Exposure to large-scale system upgrades or migration programs
  • Familiarity with ticketing or change management tools
