- Manage the end-to-end Change Management lifecycle in alignment with ITIL and banking regulatory requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and execute application and infrastructure releases across environments (Dev, UAT, Pre-Prod, Production)
- Ensure proper risk assessment, impact analysis, and back-out planning for all changes
- Maintain and govern the release calendar, avoiding conflicts across systems
- Collaborate with application teams, DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and business units to ensure smooth release execution
- Ensure all changes comply with audit, regulatory, and security policies (e.g., internal controls, MAS guidelines)
- Oversee production deployments, ensuring stability and minimal disruption to banking operations
- Monitor and report change success rates, incidents, and post-release issues
- Drive continuous process improvements in release and change management practices
- Support incident and problem management related to failed or high-risk changes
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Change / Release Management within banking or financial services
- Hands-on experience with ITIL Change & Release Management processes
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of production support, release governance, and environment management
- Experience handling high-risk and large-scale enterprise releases
- Strong stakeholder management, especially with risk, compliance, and audit teams
