Responsibilities:
. Oversee and execute end-to-end Change and Release Management processes across multiple technology platforms and business units.
. Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products and services.
. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards throughout the change lifecycle.
. Design, implement, and optimize DevOps pipelines to support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
. Monitor and improve release quality metrics, including defect rates, rollback frequency, and deployment success rates.
. Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for proposed changes to minimize production disruptions.
. Maintain and enhance documentation such as release calendars, change logs, and deployment guides.
. Manage complex dependencies across large programs with multiple parallel projects and work streams.
Requirements:
. Minimum 5 years of experience in technology change and release management within financial institutions.
. Solid understanding of financial product development and delivery cycles.
. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Domain/ Technical Skills:
. Strong knowledge of trunk-based development and Liquibase.
. Familiarity with Aldon tool.
. Hands-on experience with infrastructure environments (servers, networks, cloud platforms).
. Proficiency in DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
