Job Description

  • 4-6 years of experience in Change Management / IT Service Management.
  • Experience in end-to-end change lifecycle management in a structured environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience in risk assessment, governance, and audit compliance within change processes.
  • Exposure to CI/CD environments and DevOps practices.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
