Job Description

We are looking for a Change Management Executive to support change and transformation initiatives across the business. This role will focus on stakeholder communication, training coordination, and supporting users through change adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support change management activities across assigned projects
  • Assist in conducting Change Impact Analysis to identify affected teams and users
  • Prepare and share communication materials such as emails, announcements, presentations, and user updates
  • Coordinate training sessions, training schedules, and attendance tracking
  • Support preparation of training materials, user guides, and FAQs
  • Engage with stakeholders and end users to support awareness and adoption of new processes or systems
  • Collect feedback from users and escalate concerns or resistance areas to project teams
  • Maintain documentation related to change activities, communications, and training records
  • Work closely with project managers, business users, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, communications, HR, training support, or project support roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good coordination abilities
  • Comfortable preparing presentations, emails, and documentation
  • Basic knowledge of change management or project environments is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • We are unable to provide visa support for thsi role

Good to Have

  • Exposure to training coordination or internal communications
  • Experience supporting business or IT projects
  • Familiarity with change management concepts or frameworks is a plus
