Job Title: Change Manager Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Program

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption and learning enablement for a large-scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformation program in Singapore. The role focuses on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools across Singapore and regional offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management and communication plans tailored to Singapore and APAC needs.
- Conduct stakeholder impact analyses and readiness assessments.
- Design and deliver training (classroom, virtual, eLearning) for diverse user groups.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and Supplier's Change & Training Lead to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and monitor adoption progress.
- Track training completion, adoption rates, and user competency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, HR, or related field; postgraduate qualifications a plus.
- 812 years experience in Change Management and/or Learning & Development, ideally with regional/global transformation exposure.
- Experience in finance system or EPM implementations (e.g., Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, OneStream).
- Knowledge of change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR) and adult learning principles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, cultural sensitivity, and influencing skills.
- Certifications preferred: Prosci, PMP/PMI-ACP, or relevant L&D certifications.
