Professional Experience

. Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in change management within digital, AI, automation, or enterprise technology transformation environments.

. Demonstrated experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or workflow modernisation initiatives.

. Proven experience working closely with product and technology delivery teams.

. Experience operating within structured project or programme governance environments.

Capability Requirements

. Strong organisational impact assessment and stakeholder analysis skills.

. Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technical domains.

. Experience developing executive-level positioning materials and sponsorship engagement strategies.

. Proven experience independently delivering end-to-end change artefacts.

. Practical knowledge of recognised change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

Advantageous

. Exposure to responsible AI governance or automation risk considerations.

. Ability to visually communicate concepts using collaboration or presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Miro, Figma). UI/UX design ownership sits with dedicated product design roles.

. Some experience with either Visual Design, Business Analyst or Product Management roles will be a plus.
