Must have requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Change Management, or a related field
- Experience in change management, corporate communications, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong writing skills with experience producing newsletters, communication materials, and event content
- Experience with townhall planning, stakeholder coordination, and internal communications
- Understanding of information architecture and digital communication channels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Security clearance will be required for the eligible applicants
Preferred: Experience in government or regulated industries, branding/UX familiarity, or knowledge of change management frameworks.
