Change Management Lead

The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving user engagement, organizational readiness, training, and adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and end users to ensure successful implementation and user adoption of the new solution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change awareness.
• Share project updates, sprint highlights, and WIIFM communications.
• Deliver training to key users and end users.
• Create training materials, FAQs, quick guides, and video tutorials.
• Support UAT activities and incorporate user feedback into training content.
• Monitor user adoption and system usage.
• Gather user feedback and support change adoption initiatives.
• Assist users during hypercare and stabilization.

Profile

• 5+ years of Change Management experience.
• Knowledge of ADKAR, Prosci, or similar methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management, readiness assessments, and workshops.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise system or digital transformation projects.
• Nice to have: UI/UX knowledge.
