Job DescriptionIn today's fast-paced world, organisations are constantly evolving, be it adopting new technologies or shifting ways of working. Change Management plays a critical role in helping people adapt to these transitions smoothly and successfully. As a Change Management intern, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to help organisations ensure these changes are embraced by the people they impact most through the provision of ample communications, engagement and support. You won't just be shadowing from the sidelines — you'll be part of high-impact, real-world client projects across public and private sectors, from national ministries and agencies (e.g., Skillsfuture Singapore, Enterprise SG) to large commercial clients (e.g., DBS and RWS) and Big 4 consulting firms (e.g., KPMG). It's your chance to gain hands-on experience in consulting, change, and stakeholder engagement—where your work directly shapes outcomes.
As a Change Management intern, you will deliver user-centric solutions that drive meaningful impact. Expect to:
- Gain a deeper understanding of digital transformation and change management: Understand how digital transformation affects individuals, teams, and organisations, and facilitate user adoption of new processes, job roles and ways of working via effective change strategies.
- Work with real clients: Participate in client discussions, contribute ideas, and help manage key stakeholders in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Craft powerful communications: Design compelling materials from user newsletters to sleek briefing decks to inform users about key changes.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagements: Participate in interactive workshops and engagements with all stakeholder levels from users to senior management.
- Be an innovator: Apply design thinking and innovation principles to develop creative ideas, and explore the latest Gen-AI tools to enhance both the team's productivity and the client's experience.
- Support project execution: Assist in managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with clients to keep work on track.
