• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, communications, or change management roles
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programmes
• Strong background in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotte, Lean Change, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats and audiences
• Experience with training
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and communication platforms
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible user-friendly content
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
