Job Description:
1) Communications Support
- Develop and execute communication collaterals to keep stakeholders informed throughout the system implementation process.
- Create clear, engaging content including newsletters, announcements, and progress updates for various audiences.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and manage feedback loops between end users and implementation teams.
- Analyse communication effectiveness through metrics and feedback data to optimise messaging strategies.
2) Training Development and Delivery
- Design and deliver training programmes tailored to different user groups and skill levels across the organization.
- Create comprehensive training materials, user guides, and quick reference resources to support system adoption.
- Provide ongoing support to users during the transition period to address questions and challenges.
- Conduct training needs analysis and skills gap assessments to inform programme design.
3) Change Management Activities
- Conduct impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders and processes throughout the implementation.
- Support change readiness activities and help address resistance to new systems through targeted interventions.
- Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to identify areas requiring additional support or adjustment.
- Develop reporting mechanisms to track progress against adoption targets.
- Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather requirements and validate change.
4) Analysis and Assessment
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to map influence, impact, and readiness levels across affected user groups.
- Gather and analyse user requirements for training programmes and communication strategies.
- Develop change impact assessments using data-driven methodologies and present findings.
Requirements:
- Broad understanding of change management principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience in change management, training delivery, or communications roles within organisational settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Project coordination experience and proficiency with training tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis to support evidence-based change decisions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable change management strategies.
Desirable Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in conducting training and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with system implementations or digital transformation projects.
- Bonus if you have change management certifications or relevant training qualifications from recognized institutions.
