Our client an AI Company based in Singapore is seeking a Change Manager to be responsible for the change leadership strategies, plans, and outcomes that maximize employee adoption and usage for our clients strategic initiatives. This person will provide change leadership expertise, industry best practices and will work collaboratively across stakeholder groups to ensure coordination and alignment. You will work in the consulting environment providing change leadership solutions and services around Microsoft products to small - large enterprise companies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments, summarize results, and build detailed strategies and plans based on the assessment outcomes
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, summarize results, develop, and execute action plan based on outcomes
- Develop change leadership strategies and plans
- Develop stakeholder engagement / communication plans
- Develop training content including user guides, job aids, videos or other support resources, as applicable
- Facilitate Instructor-Led Training sessions
- Drive the definition, collection and summary of adoption metrics for projects, if applicable
- Work closely with your client partner(s) to execute change leadership plans, including communication distribution and training delivery
- Coach and support leaders within the project on their role as a change sponsor
- Identify and evaluate potential change resistance and develop/execute mitigation actions
- Partner with the change leadership practice lead with business development opportunities, such as pre-sale scoping conversations, project estimating and drafting statements of work
Requirements
- 5+ years leading large-scale change efforts by developing effective change leadership plans to achieve business outcomes
- Significant experience with change leadership methodologies and best practices
- IT / Microsoft experience with Copilot
- Experience developing and implementing solid change plans to achieve business value
- Ability to interact with all levels of the client's organization, including executive level stakeholders, and gain alignment on change activities
- Clear communication skills - both written and verbal, including the ability to collaborate with client subject matter experts for validating / updating communications and/or training content
- Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Ability to manage and execute change activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed
