We are looking for a Change Manager / Project Support Executive who has experience working within the government sector and who has experience managing stakeholder expectations. Your role is as follows:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the overall change management approach across projects
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Plan and execute communication activities for different audiences
- Prepare communication materials (emails, guides, decks, FAQs)
- Support training coordination and delivery (materials, sessions, tracking)
- Track change readiness and adoption, provide basic reporting
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in change management/communications/project support
- Exposure to system implementation or transformation projects
- Understanding of change impact, stakeholder management, and adoption
- Experience in public sector / large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with change metrics and reporting
- Basic knowledge of change frameworks/methodologies
