Key Responsibilities:
. Assist the Chairman in handling daily affairs, coordinating and following up on work progress.
. Prepare meeting materials, draft reports and important documents, and participate in meeting minutes and resolution follow-ups.
. Assist the Chairman with business negotiations, external communications, and public relations activities.
. Collect industry and company operational information to provide analysis reports and decision-making support.
. Arrange the Chairman's schedule and travel plans to ensure efficient time management.
. Perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics, or other related fields
. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chairman Assistant or Executive Assistant preferred
. Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English, capable of communicating with international clients.
. Strong communication, coordination, learning, and logical analytical skills.
. Solid writing skills, able to draft high-quality official documents, reports, and speeches.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
. Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong sense of confidentiality and high ethical standards.
