Lead the formulation and execution of the company's financial strategy to support international expansion and capital market initiatives.
Build and enhance the company's financial management systems, including accounting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, and compliance.
Provide financial analysis and risk management insights to support strategic business decisions and sustainable growth.
Drive capital market activities, including fundraising, investor relations, and end-to-end IPO execution, with a strong focus on NASDAQ listing.
Establish and lead the finance team, ensuring continuous capability development and operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
Proven experience in financial leadership roles within internet or technology companies, with strong exposure to cross-border capital operations and compliance.
Hands-on experience in managing or leading a successful NASDAQ IPO process.
Candidates with backgrounds from leading global investment banks are strongly preferred, such as Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup.
Strong strategic thinking, capital market expertise, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as the role requires regular collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders in China.
