Job Description
CEO is the company's top executive, responsible for formulating/implementing overall strategy, leading the management team to achieve business goals, and safeguarding the interests of stakeholders, driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop 3-5 year/annual strategic plans, review and adjust based on market changes.
- Operation Management: Oversee overall operations, coordinate cross-departmental resources, ensure achievement of annual indicators.
- Team Building: Build and lead the senior management team, cultivate talents, and shape an efficient organizational culture.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain good communication with shareholders, investors, customers, etc., enhance brand reputation.
- Risk Control & Decision-Making: Identify potential risks, establish control systems, make major decisions (investment, M&A, etc.).
- Innovation & Layout: Promote product/technology/business model innovation, explore new growth points.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with laws/regulations, improve corporate governance.
Job Requirements
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, etc. MBA/master's preferred.
2. Work Experience
- ≥10 years of senior management experience in the same/related industry, ≥5 years as CEO/COO or equivalent.
- Proven track record of business growth/profitability improvement transformation/cross-border experience preferred.
3. Core Competencies

4. Other Requirements
- Ability to work under high pressure proficient in office software, basic English skills.
