About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's strategic direction, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and management team to develop long-term plans, strengthen business performance, and oversee all functional areas of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the company meets all regulatory, legal, and operational requirements.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while fostering a strong corporate culture.
- Monitor industry trends, risks, and opportunities to ensure long-term competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., CEO, COO, Managing Director, or similar).
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, finance, and operational management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage complex operations and lead strategic initiatives.
- Prior experience in the industry is highly preferred.
