Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documents/presentations, and follow up on action items.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information, correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Oversee daily office administration, including facilities, suppliers, vendors, and office supplies.
- Support company events, employee onboarding, and other administrative arrangements.
- Assist the CEO with ad-hoc projects, business research, urgent tasks, and be willing to work overtime or on weekends when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, service-minded, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential matters professionally.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
