We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Centre Principal / Vice Principal to lead our pre-school's daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care, education, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the center according to the school's policies and quality standards
- Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum
- Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents
- Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the center's operation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or its equivalent
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as center supervisor in pre-school or childcare setting
- Strong leadership, able to lead a team and manage people
- High sense of responsibility, positive and a can-do work attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills.
