Centre Principal

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the center according to the school's policies and quality standards
• Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum
• Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents
• Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre's operation.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean
• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or its equivalent
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as center supervisor in pre-school or childcare setting
• Strong leadership, able to lead a team and manage people
• High sense of responsibility, positive and a can-do work attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills.
