Job Description

About Us

We run a group of established tuition centres in Singapore serving students across primary, secondary, and junior college levels. Our centres are fast-paced, student-focused environments where quality of service matters as much as quality of teaching.

We're a small, close-knit team. Everyone contributes. Everyone takes ownership. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

The Role

You will be one of the key people our students and parents interact with - handling everything from student onboarding and registrations to day-to-day centre operations and parent communications.

This is not a passive desk job. You'll be expected to think, act, and follow through with minimal hand-holding once you're trained.

What You'll Be Doing

Student Registrations & OnboardingManaging the full registration process - from handling enquiries and recommending the right programme, to setting up student accounts, generating invoices, explaining terms and conditions, and ensuring a smooth start for every new student.

Parent & Student CommunicationsBeing the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries. Scheduling consultations. Handling feedback professionally. Knowing when to escalate and when to resolve on the spot.

Centre OperationsKeeping the centre running smoothly throughout the day - attendance, materials, class support, and ensuring students always know where they need to be and what they need to have.

Finance & Admin SupportProcessing payments, weekly and monthly reconciliations, tracking outstanding fees, and maintaining accurate records across our systems.

Digital & Content SupportUploading lesson recordings and announcements to our platforms, supporting live-streaming for select classes, and keeping our digital touchpoints up to date.

What We're Looking For

Skills and systems can be taught. What we're really hiring for is character.

You are someone who:

  • Takes responsibility - you don't wait to be reminded, and you don't pass the buck
  • Brings energy - students and parents feel it when you're engaged, and they feel it when you're not
  • Works well in a team - you carry your share, and you cover for each other when needed
  • Picks things up quickly - we have SOPs, we have training, but we need people who can connect the dots

On top of that:

  • You write and communicate clearly in English
  • You're comfortable with numbers and detail-oriented enough to catch errors in invoices and records
  • You're reasonably tech-savvy - we use tools like Notion, Xero, Slack, and WhatsApp Business daily

Qualifications

  • Polytechnic Diploma or Degree from a private university
  • 0-3 years of experience welcome fresh graduates will be considered
  • Prior experience in customer service, education, or admin is an advantage

Working Hours

  • 42-44 hours per week
  • 4 weekday shifts + 1 weekend shift
  • Centres operate 7 days a week shift rostering applies

What You Get

  • Monthly salary: $2,700 - $3,200 (based on experience)

  • Clear growth path - we develop and promote people who perform
