What are we looking for

Act as the voice of Client Brand in Real Estate projects, ensuring Client brand values and standards are embedded into solutions. They are specifically trained by Client Brand International on Client standards and bring their own environmental graphics experience, with more than one trained individual to provide coverage which accommodates global support time zone needs.

Working Relationships: Operations Director and Regional A&D Leads, Regional COE Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Experience Support

  • Support project teams in embedding the Client brand experience within workplace projects, strictly in accordance with Client's documented brand standards and values.
  • Monitor and manage enquiries to the Client Brand Liaison email address, providing timely response and implement or oversee activities required to close out enquiry.
  • Conduct project scope assessments and assign task responsibilities to team(s) accordingly to ensure efficiency, while participating in kick-off meetings to confirm alignment and understanding of project objectives.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on brand integration; implementation is the responsibility of the project delivery teams.

Collaboration During Concept Design

  • Collaborate with project teams throughout the concept design phase, offering expert advice to ensure quality and consistency with Client's agreed brand standards.
  • Participation in design workshops will be determined on a project-by-project basis. Comprehensive projects with broader scope will require Brand Liaison involvement in design workshops, whereas less complex projects will not necessitate participation.
  • Review meetings will be scheduled according to project milestones. 2-3 brand implementation reviews will be conducted prior to the delivery of the concept package (e.g., project planning, interim review, final review)

Ongoing Project Support

  • Remain available to address questions and provide support to project teams throughout the project delivery lifecycle, as outlined in the agreed support schedule.
  • Support is limited to advisory and assurance activities as specified in this scope.

Design Guidance & Review

  • Guide design teams in the practical application of Client brand principles.
  • Ensure graphic content (e.g., screen graphics, images, copy messaging) abides to the Client standards upon completion of the concept phase, by providing feedback and recommendations only; approvals remain with Client.

Brand Advocacy & Knowledge Sharing

  • Act as an ambassador for the Client brand vision, promoting brand-driven solutions within project teams.
  • Collect and share examples of brand integration across projects, subject to Client's approval and confidentiality requirements.
  • Deliver a 30-minute Client brand refresher session at the start of each project kick-off meeting to ensure alignment with brand standards.

Creative Briefs Collaboration

  • Collaborate with project teams to co-create creative briefs for external implementers (e.g., local art installations), ensuring briefs are consistent with Client brand guidelines.

Wayfinding & Signage Guidance

  • Provide best practice advice on wayfinding and signage, strictly in alignment with Client's standards and requirements.

Review with the Wayfinding & Signage design director at the end of each design phase to validate quality and consistent implementation of the Client brand.
