Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of clinic and screening centre to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.

  • Manage staff rosters, and performance across both teams.

  • Provide excellent customer service including registration of patients, queue management, dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection of payment

  • Oversee all concurrent health screening of varying scales through all project modules and radiographic/ ultrasonographic duties and functions - client servicing, resource planning, logistics, health screening performance, timely accurate reports, service delivery and issue resolution

  • Support doctors for chaperones

  • Monitor billing accuracy, daily collections, and operational performance reports.

  • Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure operation smoothness

  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

  • Train team members and ensure maintenance of SOPs, clinical practice guidelines and compliance with MOH and PHMC guidelines

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and clinic upkeep to support efficient operations.

  • Assist in other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, clinic, or screening centre operations.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage diverse teams across two operational sites.

  • Familiarity with claims and/or usage of Plato CMS an advantage
