As a Centre Manager (Health Screening), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Partnering with the Head of Operations and internal stakeholders to achieve revenue targets, operational KPIs, and growth objectives for the health screening centre.
Oversee end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management of medical supplies, daily collections reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting.
Lead and manage administrative, nursing, and clinical support teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centric daily operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, SOPs, infection control protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Monitor patient satisfaction levels and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance overall screening experience and turnaround times.
Manage patient feedback and complaint resolution promptly and professionally, maintaining high service standards.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, and procurement of medical equipment to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
Support internal and external audits, accreditation processes, reporting requirements, and staff onboarding and training.
Optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow processes to improve productivity and minimize patient waiting time.
Requirements:
Degree qualification with relevant experience in healthcare or operations management.
Supervisory experience with strong team leadership capability.
