Full-time Centre Manager - Oodles Math (AMK Centre)

OodlesMath (AMK Centre), operated by LK Prime, is opening a new tuition centre and seeks a passionate Centre Manager who thrives in a lively and positive environment.

. Position: Centre Manager (Full-time)

. Location: 728 Ang Mo Kio Ave 6

. StartDate: Mid-April 2026

What You'll Do

. Keep the centre running smoothly with daily admin and operations

. Help achieve student enrolment and retention goals

. Communicate warmly with parents/guardians and respond promptly to queries

. Liaise with HQ on tuition programmes and learning materials

. Manage payments and keep records accurate

. Coordinate teachers schedules to ensure smooth class operations

. Support student reviews and promotions

. Ensure student safety and well-being

. Maintain a clean, welcoming centre and classrooms stocked with materials

. Assist with ad-hoc projects when needed

What We're Looking For

. Diploma or equivalent qualification

. At least 2-3 years experience in education, retail, airlines, or other customer-focused industries

. Strong communication skills in English proficiency in Mandarin is preferred

. Kind and nurturing with children professional with parents

. Organised, reliable, and proficient in MS Office and Excel

. Able to work

∙ Wednesday to Friday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

∙ Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am - 6:30pm

∙ Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Public Holidays

. Open to Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents only
