STUDENT CARE CENTRE IN WEST AND EAST LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED CENTRE SUPERVISOR
(Student Care Centre / Tuition Centre)
We are looking for candidates who like working with children. Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering, scheduling of classes, as well as teaching. Candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Oversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet
- Streamline work processes
- Plan and deliver of student activities/post-exam activities and curriculum
- To take on tuition classes
- To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
- To handle parents/students enquires on class timings/ services/ etc
- Liaising with parents, students, schools, external vendors on any changes to schedule
- Training of new hires
- Handle firsthand issues for the outlet
- Providing regular updates to the management
- Any other operational duties as assigned
Skills & Experience
- Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
- Preferably with prior tutoring experience
- Enjoy being with children, classroom management
- Good communication skills in corresponding with pupils, parents and staff
- Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work
- Good grades in O level/ A level
