We're supporting a leading education and student care provider in the search for a Centre Manager to oversee one of their flagship after-school enrichment centres.
The ideal candidate is a people-centred leader who thrives on guiding teams, building parent trust, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced education environment.
About the Role
As the Centre Manager, you'll take charge of both operational performance and people management, ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for students and staff.
You'll play a key role in:
- Leading and motivating centre staff to maintain daily operational excellence
- Overseeing programme delivery, class scheduling, and student welfare
- Upholding compliance with licensing, safety, and operational standards
- Building strong, lasting relationships with parents and stakeholders
- Driving enrolment retention through service quality and centre reputation
- Planning and executing student engagement initiatives and events
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in student care or enrichment settings
- Proven leadership and people-management ability
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to multitask and adapt in a dynamic education environment
- Passionate about nurturing children and supporting staff growth
Working Hours & Roster
- Standard 44-hour work week (5.5-day contractual arrangement)
- Typically rostered Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday coverage as required)
