As our centres continue to grow, we are looking for a Centre Manager who is hands-on, people-oriented, and ready to take ownership of the overall performance and daily operations of a centre.

This is more than an administrative role. You will be the key person overseeing the centre, working closely with teachers, centre staff, parents, students, and the management team, while having the opportunity to contribute ideas that directly improve enrolment, customer experience, and centre performance.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations & Administration

  • Oversee inventory, supplies, procurement, and general centre resources.
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office on centre matters, resources, manpower, and operational requirements.

Customer Service & Parent Communication

  • Serve as a key point of contact for parents and students and ensure a positive centre experience.
  • Handle enquiries, registrations, trial bookings, feedback, and service-related matters professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students to support enrolment and retention.
  • Communicate class schedules, term dates, programmes, and important updates clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Understand parent needs and provide suitable recommendations on programmes and classes.

Team & Staff Management

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and deployment of full-time and part-time centre staff.
  • Coordinate teacher and staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower coverage.
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
  • Lead regular team discussions and contribute towards a positive, collaborative, and accountable working culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff in handling day-to-day operational and customer matters.

Sales, Enrolment & Centre Growth

  • Take ownership of the centre's enrolment targets and work towards achieving monthly and termly goals.
  • Follow up with leads, trial students, and prospective parents to support enrolment decisions.
  • Drive enrolments through effective lead conversion, follow-up, parent engagement, and suitable programme recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve enrolment, retention, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate centre-level events, workshops, open houses, and parent engagement initiatives.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the relevant teams to support new class openings and programme planning.
  • Contribute new ideas and initiatives to improve the centre's overall performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a customer-facing, education, tuition, enrichment, or centre operations environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with parents, students, teachers, and staff.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of enrolment and centre performance.
  • Independent, resourceful, hands-on, and able to manage both planned and unexpected operational matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or team management will be an advantage.
  • Able to work both weekend
