[What the role is]
Senior Executive (Academic Administration & Programme Coordination)[What you will be working on]
. Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalise academic matters, including class timetabling schedules, academic briefings, tracking approvals, training completion, and electronic document filing.
. Ensure compliance with academic quality assurance standards and coordinate audits with key stakeholders.
. Coordinate student development programmes conducted by staff and external stakeholders, including logistics and publicity.
. Administer surveys and analyse feedback to improve programmes.
. Support the automation and streamlining of administrative workflows using technology-enabled solutions, including Gen AI tools.
. Organise and support school-wide and institution-wide events, participate in committees, and undertake additional tasks as required.
[What we are looking for]
. Holds a relevant qualification with at least 3 years of working experience in a higher education institution or government organisation.
. A self-starter and a strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organisational levels.
. Meticulous with strong administrative, communication and coordination skills.
. Demonstrates good planning, problem-solving skills and enjoys working with data.
. Proficient in MS Office, and digitalisation tools such as RPA for enhancing and automating work processes would be preferred. Familiarity with web content management systems (e.g., SharePoint) is a plus. Comfortable and confident to pick up the use of IT tools quickly.
