Plan, design, and deliver professional development programmes that enhance the teaching effectiveness of academic staff, with a focus on the effective integration of Education Technology (EdTech) & AI, Learning Analytics, active learning, learner-centric approaches, and blended learning strategies
Lead/conduct research projects related to teaching and learning, including the application of learning analytics and evaluation of EdTech & AI interventions, and use research findings to inform the design and improvement of teaching strategies and practices
Evaluate, pilot, and support the implementation and adoption of EdTech & AI tools and solutions, in collaboration with stakeholders, to enhance student learning engagement
[What we are looking for]
At least 3-5 years of working experience as an educator or staff developer
Academic or professional qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong interest in learning technologies, innovation, skills development, and continuous professional growth
Excellent communication (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
Meticulous with good analytical and critical thinking skills, positive work attitude and excellent time management skills
Able to work both independently and in a team and manage multiple tasks/projects within the same time period.
